24 - 28 February 2020: eseia Student Camp 2020 'Designing the Regional Biobased Economy: Biorefinery, Bioenergy and Circularity'

From 24 to 28 February join the interdisciplinary student camp at the University of Twente and work alongside our experts to develop solutions for real-life challenges of the regional bio-based economy. The focus of the event is biorefinery, bioeconomy and circularity. At the UTwente's Designglab you will expand your network and meet professionals from various disciplines.

What will students work on?

  • Students will work with the local soccer team to make the game more sustainable;
  • explore the main aspects of heat production technology for hot water supply together with one of the most advanced local energy community in The Netherlands;
  • investigate the future of the biobased potential and the innovations needed in the province;
  • collaborate with local companies on sustainability issues (tbc);
  • furthermore, students will visit regional companies and get insights from real-life industrial activities

22 - 24 October 2020: 6th Conference on Sustainable Energy CSE 2020

The Transilvania University of Brasov (UTBv), the European Sustainable Energy Innovation Alliance (eseia), and the Romanian Academy of Technical Sciences organize the 6th edition of the Conference for Sustainable Energy CSE from 22 – 24 October 2020 in Brasov, Romania. The core topic of this year international conference edition is Solar Energy Conversion in Communities.

The organization welcomes experts to participate at the CSE 2020 to enable a high-level event. Please, send the abstract of the presentation(s) proposed for the conference no later than 14 February 2020 via e-mail at the address cse@unitbv.ro
