A very successful Kick off meeting of the BioEnergyTrain Project was held in Brussels on June 16-17, 2015 during the European Union Sustainable Energy Week.
After the successful 1st eseia conference hosted by the University of Twente, eseia is pleased to announce the 2nd edition hosted by Graz University of Technology on 4-6 April 2016
The 4 year project will bring together 15 partners from six EU countries. For 4 Mio. EUR the BioEnergyTrain partnership will develop two new Master Curricula, train 3000 students and link Business and HEI on Bioenergy Education.
On 2 December 2014, ener2i project held its second ENEr2i EU International Brokerage event organised by eseia in Brussels, and gathered together 35 participants from 16 countries, including 4 EaP countries: Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, and Belarus.
As agreed with eseia members, the eseia President Harald Kainz signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) about the creation of EU-China Research and Innovation Partnerships (ECRIPs) for smart city and regional development on 23 October in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province.
Beijing, China – TU Graz Rector Harald Kainz signed a cooperation agreement on the internet of things and new energies with the President of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation - CETC on the 20th of October 2014.
