eseia Business Meetings 7-8 April 2020 Held Virtually


Dear Members,

As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, the eseia Business Meetings planned to be held 7-8 April 2020 at the eseia Brussels premises will be held virtually instead.

In the decision-making part to take place on 7 April, the members of eseia’s General Assembly are invited to adopt the eseia 10 Year Anniversary Report 2019 as well as the Audited Accounts 2019 and discharge the administrators.

In addition, the GA meeting will feature not only the popular Brussels Update by colleagues from the European Commission but also an overview of recent developments in our eseia Working Groups. These presentations at both strategic and project-level work will be given by our eseia WG Coordinators and the leaders of our Focus Groups. The following day, 8 April, some projects will be discussed in more detail in our Proposal Workshop.

The eseia Team invite Members of the GA or their representatives for the meetings online (please, fill the registration form). Once you are registered, you will receive your conference link from the eseia Team.

We hope that meeting virtually will not only contribute to solving the corona crisis but also to reducing CO2 emissions.
